<br/><br/> More than 50-percent reduction in violence in Thailand in the first six months of 2008.  The drop in violence was a change in counterinsurgency strategy to a more unified command structure.  Tip offs started to increase and security forces regurlarly find caches of weapons and training camps on raids.
