<br/><br/> Australia announced on 2nd May its defence strategy for the next two decades. The plan is to make Australia's defence force one of the most potent in the region. Major acquistions include ships, naval helicopters, the Joint Strike Fighter for the RAAF, and substantial quantities of land vehicles plus towed and self propelled artillery.
