Chinese defence paper reveals plans for forces/

<br/><br/> China's new defence white paper has revealed some insights into the country's military and its defence outlook.  The paper entitled 'China's Natonal Defence in 2008' argued that China still lags behind developed countries in economy, science and technology as well as military affairs.  The latest paper also used the same official terminology as China's own military strategies.
