Against both Bin Laden and Belliraj : lessons from Moroccan counterterrorism / Jack Kalpakian - 2008

Morocco has first hand experience of terrorist attacks and the negative effect they can have on the economy and on national stability. This article looks at the legal, religious, and security actions taken by Moroccan authorities in response to the terrorist threat, describes several groups that have been successfully dealt with, and identifies points that should be considered by states with friendly interest in supporting Morocco's counterterrorism endeavours.
