<br/><br/> Information overload from e-mails and other forms of digital communication (techno-creep) is making it increasingly difficult for military and defence personnel to focus on the job in hand. This article discusses the problem, gives some examples, and offers some simple practical suggestions for e-mail policy. Notes however that one-size will not fit all and policies should be tailored according to circumstances.
