COVERAGE: An annual review of Asia-Pacific defence trends, primarily in the defence industry and in procurement. Includes very brief overview articles on particular topics as well as directories of armed forces and defence companies in the Region. The Asia-Pacific region coverage is very wide and includes e.g. Gulf countries, Britain and France. However, Brunei is not included. ARRANGEMENT:Arranged in 6 main sections; The first section comprises 6 overview articles; The fourth section provides a directory of Regional Defence Forces arranged alphabetically by country name. Each country entry includes brief national statistics, defence force personnel statistics and overviews of force structures and equipment for army, air force and navy. The fifth section provides more detail on the Australian armed forces; The final section is a directory of defence industry companies located or represented in Australia, with brief company profiles.
