Although Sweden is now tightening its financial controls it remains concerned about the possibility of abuses of civil liberties and human rights arising from heavy handed American actions, and what it can do about the placing of Swedish citizens names on the UN list of terrorist suspects "as these charges are not disputable through legal procedures".
