Argues that conventional MBA programmes are attended by the wrong people who are taught the wrong things. There are too many young and or inexperienced people taking MBAs and most courses emphasise the science of management (analysis and technique). The people trained this way then go to work and the problem becomes self perpetuating. This book suggests how this can be rectified.
