Important questions arise what are IS's strategy and goals when it comes to Saudi Arabia? What are the main themes of IS's narrative about the Kingdom? How successful has that strategy been? What is the future outlook of its so-called wilayat in Saudi Arabia? Through analyzing IS's propaganda and messages directed towards Saudi Arabia and comparing them to the nature and evolution of its activities inside the Kingdom, this article will gauge the extent of the success/failure of its campaign and shed light on all of the important issues and questions mentioned above.
