Thus, it is essential to develop strategies to harness the incredible power of youth inventiveness and dynamism to generate economic growth and employment. Rather than being a burden, the bulge can become a demographic gift. Entrepreneurship and the private sector can leverage the potential of this population and provide a bottom-up approach to youth job creation.
