Actually two books in one binding. The first is 'The soldiers story' which gives an Australian perspective on one of the decisive battles of the Vietnam War; the second book 'A soldier returns' tells of the author's return to Vietnam in 1986 to learn more about Long Tan from the Vietnamese perspective.
