It discusses the use and limits of power in cyberspace which has been likened to a medium of potential conflict much as the air and space domains. The study was conducted to help clarify and focus attention on the operational realities behind the pharse 'fly and fight in cyberspace'. The author explores the topics in detail and uses the results to address such issues as the pros and cons of counterback, the value of deterrence and vigilance and other actions the United States and the U.S. airforce, can take to protect itself in the face of deliberate cyberattack.
