Navies of the Southeast Asia countries are seeking to acquire surface vessels up to and including amphibious platforms, but it is their efforts to procure submarines that will be of particular interest to China and India. This article also talks about the Vietnamese Kilos, Malaysian NGPVs and Indonesian corvettes.
