The descriptions include: Type; Development; Description; Operational status; Specifications; and Contractors. Includes an alphabetical index by calibre and equipment name; and a listing of contractor's addresses. N.B. Two sections are no longer included in this publication: Ammunition, which is now included in Jane's ammunition handbook, and Decoys, which can be found in both Jane's Radar and Electronic Warfare Handbook and Jane's Underwater Warfare Systems.
