This second of two-volume book contains source documents on which the analysis in the first volume was based. It deals with the errors and mistakes that were made by the higher command of the Royal Australian Air Force during the Second World War from September 1939 to September 1945. This analysis was made aiming to make top defence authorities learn the errors made in the past and from there be able to make the correct decisions on tactics and strategies to be made in the air force.
