COVERAGE AND ARRANGEMENT:Illustrated entries covering development, description, specifications, status and manufacturer arranged alphabetically under country of origin within each of the following sections: Armoured fighting vehicle armament; Towed and Self-propelled artillery upgrades; Armour systems; Armoured vehicle protection systems; AFV engines, transmissions, and power packs; Mobility - Tracks and Suspensions; Turrets; Fire-control systems; Land navigation systems; AFV optics; Meteorological sensors. Systems are included if it is currently in production, under development, or it is thought that production facilities still exist. The exception to this is the Vehicle-Mounted Anti-Tank Guided Weapons section as this does include a number of missiles that, although no longer in production, are still widely deployed. Entries within sections are sub-arranged alphabetically by company with the exception of Armoured Fighting Vehicle Armament and Turrets sections which are sub-arranged by calibre size: largest first, smallest last.
