ARRANGEMENT: Each Section is assigned a letter. Within each section entries are arranged alphabetically or, in the case of Events for example, chronologically. Some sections also have a table of contents and some also have their own index and glossary. The common subject index refers to selective entries by Section, page and column numbers, but does not comprehensively index all subjects.
