A critical analysis of the processes by which the ruling PAP (People's Action Party) has exercised control over the Singapore population to make them submissive to government policies. These processes are said to include the very high levels of public housing, stratified education and a legal system which is used to bolster the PAP through draconian laws and the use of fear.
