The People's of China (PRC) delivered the second of two offshore patrol vessels to the Royal Thai Navy (RTN). It is also inked a US $115 milion deal to supply 96 Norinco built WZ-551 6 x 6 armoured personal carriers to the Royal Thai Army. It is under a counter-trade agreement.
