Special issue of the journal contains 14 papers on different aspects of the justification and legitimacy of the use of force. The starting point for the collection was the invasion of Iraq but the range of subjects covered goes wider to include for example American exceptionalism at home and abroad, and Russia's intervention in Georgia.
