Qaeda prison break
HIRSH Michael
Qaeda prison break - 2005
Four captives, including Omar al-Faruq a senior Jemaah Islamiah terrorist suspect, are said to have escaped from a top-security facility guarded by US and Afghan troops at Bagram airbase thirty miles north of Kabul, Afghanistan. Whatever the truth of the escape it lends support for calls that that such prisons and the even more secret CIA run facilities are counterproductive in America's war on terror.
