This article develops a perspective on leadership that will enable success and produce effective leaders by discussing and examining the following ideas: recognizing the value of strong habit patterns, pursuing higher levels of knowledge and education, maintaining perspective and framing the bigger pictures, recognizing one's ability to influence others and surrounding, understanding the power of peers and relationships, and seeking increasing levels of responsibility.
