Human security and development in the Lao PDR: freedom from fear and freedom from want - 2011
This article generates several implications for what shoul be studied and prioritized in terms of policy prescription namely, the human security paradigm is a vital contribution to the theory and practice providing safe heavens, the freedom from fear and want of the most vulnerable should be persued simoultaneously, simultaneous provision of the development and human security procedures can be managed as long as the concept is not broadened too far along political and psychological lines.
