The Jemaah Islamiyah terrorist organization has been fundamentally compromised and disrupted. Other International connections have also been reduced. It used to work intimately with Philippines, terrorist groups but vastly increased counterterrorist cooperation between Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines has disrupted that relationship. The key to Indonesia's success in deradicalization has been to approach each terrorist as an individual.
